How does a Toothed Roll Crusher work?
When the toothed roll crusher is running, the motor drives the fixed tooth roller and movable tooth roller to rotate synchronously in opposite directions through the transmission system. Bulk materials fall into the crushing cavity from the top feeding port.
Relying on the high tooth structure of the rollers, the equipment actively bites and grabs bulk materials, completing splitting, shearing and squeezing crushing. Qualified block materials are discharged from the roller gap, while oversized materials are retained for secondary tooth crushing. For wet and sticky materials, the staggered tooth structure prevents material adhesion and blocking. When encountering hard foreign matters, the hydraulic buffer system releases pressure automatically to protect the machine, realizing efficient and stable bulk material coarse and medium crushing.
