1. Special Anti-Stick Rotary Drum Host (Core Part)
Dedicated rotary drum structure for coal slime, equipped with customized anti-stick alloy lining and combined lifting and breaking plates. Different from ordinary dryer single lifting structure, it integrates material scattering, breaking and flipping functions. It continuously crushes agglomerated coal slime during operation, completely solving the industry pain point of sticky coal slime wall sticking and accumulation, ensuring full heat exchange and uniform dehydration.

Working Principle
The coal slime rotary dryer adopts professional low-temperature circulating gradual drying principle for sticky fine-grained materials. Bulk wet coal slime is evenly sent to the pre-breaking device through the sealed feeding system to break large agglomerations. Then the materials enter the special anti-stick rotary drum. With the slow rotation of the drum, the combined lifting and breaking plates continuously flip, scatter and break the coal slime, forming a uniform floating material curtain. The materials fully contact with circulating low-temperature hot air to realize layered dehydration. Surface moisture and internal moisture are evaporated step by step to avoid caking. Water vapor and fine dust are purified and discharged through the dust removal system, and the loose dry coal slime with stable moisture is discharged to complete the whole drying process.
