Our crops straw rotary dryer is professional agricultural waste drying equipment specially developed for high-moisture crop straw including wheat straw, corn stalk, rice straw, cotton stalk and millet straw. Fresh harvested straw contains 50%~68% natural moisture, which cannot be directly used for biomass pellet pressing, animal feed processing or organic fertilizer fermentation. After drying by our rotary straw dryer, finished straw moisture can be steadily controlled between 8% and 12%, fully matching downstream deep processing standards.
The complete drying system is composed of rotary drying cylinder + cyclone dust collector + feeding conveyor + driving base, consistent with our standard 3D layout structure. Optimized internal lifting baffle avoids straw winding and material blockage, and the matched dust removal unit effectively collects flying straw fiber dust to meet global environmental protection emission standards. Working Principle of Crops Straw Dryer Machine

Crushed wet crop straw is sent into rotary cylinder via automatic feeding conveyor. With slow rotation of the dryer barrel, internal special lifting baffles continuously lift and scatter straw materials, making straw fully suspended and contacted with high-temperature hot airflow inside the cylinder. Water inside straw quickly evaporates into water vapor, mixed with floating fine straw fiber and exhausted into cyclone dust collector. Dust and fine straw powder are separated and recycled, clean exhaust gas is discharged up to standard, and low-moisture dry straw is discharged from the dryer tail for subsequent pelletizing or feed processing.
