Core Working Principle
The Hydrated Lime Production Line adopts closed dry-type staged digestion reaction principle. Bulk quicklime is crushed and screened to form uniform particle raw materials. Through PLC precise water-lime ratio control, quicklime fully contacts with atomized water and undergoes violent exothermic hydration reaction (CaO + H₂O = Ca(OH)₂ + heat) at 100-120℃.
