Working Principle of Hammer Crusher

Driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed inside the crushing chamber. When materials enter the crushing chamber from the top feeding port, they are continuously impacted, crushed and ground by the high-speed rotating hammer heads . Small-sized qualified materials pass through the screen grate and discharge from the bottom; large-sized materials are repeatedly crushed in the chamber until they meet the discharge standard. The whole process is simple, efficient and fully automated, realizing continuous batch crushing operation.
