Working Principle

The wood chips dryer adopts three-stage circulating countercurrent hot air drying principle. Wet wood chip particles are quantitatively and evenly sent into the inner drum of the three-pass dryer through the screw feeder. With the slow rotation of the drum, the internal lifting plates continuously lift and scatter wood chips to form a uniform material curtain. The materials pass through the inner high-temperature rapid drying zone, middle constant-temperature uniform dehumidification zone and outer low-temperature cooling drying zone in turn. After three times of sufficient heat exchange and gradual moisture evaporation, the wood chips achieve uniform low-moisture state. Water vapor and fine dust are purified and discharged through the dust removal system, and qualified dry wood chips are stably discharged to complete the whole drying process.
