Lignite Special Rotary Drum Host (Core Part)
The industrial heavy-duty rotary drum is optimized with multi-stage segmented temperature control structure and lignite-specific low-abrasion lifting plates. Different from ordinary coal dryers, the internal lifting and flipping track is designed for loose lignite texture, which gently lifts and scatters materials to form a uniform material curtain. It avoids violent collision and crushing of lignite particles, effectively prevents pulverization, and ensures full and uniform heat exchange without local overheating.
Low-Temperature Staged Hot Air Heating System
Equipped with graded temperature control heating system, divided into pre-drying, constant-temperature dehydration and cooling stabilization stages. The temperature is strictly controlled below 300℃ in the high-temperature section and gradually reduced in the later stage. It avoids lignite coking and spontaneous combustion caused by high-temperature baking, realizes scientific low-temperature gradual dehydration, and protects lignite combustion activity and calorific value.
Uniform Quantitative Feeding & Sealed Conveying Device
Customized sealed quantitative feeding equipment for loose lignite materials. It realizes uniform and continuous feeding, prevents material accumulation and local overheating caused by uneven feeding. The fully sealed conveying structure avoids lignite dust overflow and air contact oxidation in advance, ensuring stable drying quality and production safety.
Negative Pressure Dust Removal & Explosion-Proof System
The whole machine operates under slight negative pressure, equipped with multi-stage cyclone dust removal and bag dust collection dual system. It is matched with professional explosion venting and pressure relief devices for lignite flammable characteristics. It completely collects fine lignite dust, eliminates dust explosion risks, realizes zero dust pollution, and meets global coal mine safety and environmental protection standards.
Intelligent PLC Staged Temperature Control Cabinet
Intelligent automatic control system, supporting independent adjustment of temperature, wind speed and drum speed in each drying stage according to raw lignite moisture. Equipped with real-time temperature monitoring, over-temperature alarm and automatic power-off protection functions. It realizes 24-hour unmanned safe operation, effectively avoiding manual operation errors leading to lignite safety accidents.
