Working Principle

The beer yeast drum dryer adopts steam indirect conduction low-temperature drying principle. Stable pressure steam is injected into the inner cavity of the drying drum to uniformly heat the entire drum wall. Fresh high-moisture beer yeast slurry is evenly coated on the polished drum surface through the feeding device. With the slow rotation of the drum, the yeast slurry fully contacts the high-temperature drum wall for uniform heat exchange and dehydration.
Within one drum rotation cycle, the yeast slurry completes thorough drying. The water vapor generated is discharged timely by the negative pressure dehumidification system. Finally, the dry flaky yeast is automatically scraped off by the precision scraper and discharged.
