What is Spin Flash Dryer?

Working Principle

The Spin Flash Dryer adopts vortex instant flash drying + mechanical crushing dispersion principle. Clean hot air enters the conical drying chamber tangentially at a high speed to form a stable rotating vortex thermal field. Viscous paste or filter cake materials are quantitatively sent into the chamber by the screw feeder.
Under the high-speed shearing, collision and friction of the crushing rotor, bulk and agglomerated materials are instantly dispersed into fine particles.
