1. Raw Material Pretreatment System

Including manure dewatering machine, raw material crusher and screening machine. It preliminarily processes high-moisture manure, straw and organic residues to remove impurities, crush bulk materials and control uniform particle size, creating stable feeding conditions for subsequent fermentation and processing. Effectively avoid equipment blockage and uneven fermentation caused by raw material differences.

2. Compost Fermentation & Maturation System (Core Environmental Protection Unit)

Equipped with professional compost turner and aerobic fermentation tank. Adopts high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology to rapidly decompose organic waste, kill harmful bacteria, insect eggs and weed seeds, eliminate peculiar odor, and complete harmless treatment and material maturation. The whole fermentation process is pollution-free, meeting global agricultural and environmental protection standards, and is the core process to ensure fertilizer safety.

3. Fine Crushing & Mixing System

After fermentation and maturation, the materials are finely crushed and screened again to ensure uniform fineness. The automatic batching and mixing machine accurately mixes organic materials with trace elements, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium components according to formula standards, realizing balanced nutrition of finished fertilizer and improving fertilizer efficiency and market competitiveness.

4. Granulation Molding System (Granule Line Exclusive)

Equipped with high-efficiency organic fertilizer granulator, adopting new wet granulation or roller extrusion granulation technology. The granulation rate is as high as 95%, with round particles, uniform density and not easy to loosen. Solves the problems of low molding rate and irregular particles of traditional granulation equipment. Particle diameter can be customized from 2-8mm to meet different market and planting needs.

5. Drying & Dehydration System

Matched with professional livestock and poultry manure rotary dryer (supporting our supporting dryer equipment). Through gradient low-temperature drying, it removes excess moisture from granular/powder fertilizer, locks organic nutrients, avoids mildew and deterioration, and ensures finished product moisture reaches commercial storage standard (12%-15%). Equipped with waste heat recovery device, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

6. Cooling, Coating & Polishing System

The high-temperature dried fertilizer particles are cooled by the cooling machine to reduce temperature and prevent particle deformation. The coating machine sprays anti-caking and slow-release coating materials on the particle surface, which effectively prevents fertilizer agglomeration during storage and transportation, prolongs fertilizer validity period and improves product grade.

7. Automatic Screening & Packaging System

The rotary screening machine screens qualified finished particles, and unqualified coarse materials are returned to the granulation system for reprocessing. The fully automatic quantitative packaging machine completes weighing, bagging, sealing and coding in one step, realizing unmanned packaging, neat finished products and convenient storage and sales.
