Working Principle
The Shaking Table adopts specific gravity difference physical separation principle. The crushed and graded fine mineral slurry is evenly fed to the inclined table surface. Driven by the crankshaft transmission mechanism, the table surface generates stable asymmetric reciprocating shaking. Under the combined action of mechanical shaking force and horizontal water flushing force, mineral particles with different density and gravity are layered.
High-density valuable minerals sink to the bottom layer of the grooves and move forward along the table surface with the shaking stroke to form high-grade concentrate. Low-density gangue minerals float on the upper layer and are washed out from the tailings end by water flow. Medium-density minerals form middlings for secondary reprocessing.
