What is Compound Crusher?
Vertical Shaft Compound Crusher, also known as vertical compound crusher, is a professional medium and fine crushing equipment optimized for high-fineness material processing. Working Principle of Compound Crusher
Driven by the motor, the vertical main shaft and multi-layer rotor of the vertical shaft compound crusher rotate at high speed. Materials fall vertically into the composite crushing cavity from the top feeding hopper.
Materials are violently impacted, crushed and centrifugally thrown by high-speed hammer heads, and collide with the cavity lining plate for secondary crushing and grinding. Without screen plate restriction, qualified fine particles are discharged rapidly, while coarse materials circulate and crush repeatedly inside the cavity. The vertical compound crusher finally outputs uniform fine aggregates and artificial sand, realizing high-efficiency non-blockage fine crushing.
