However, freshly produced sawdust contains high moisture, which makes it impossible for direct pelletizing, easy to mildew, agglomerate and waste raw materials during stacking and storage. Working Principle

Wet wood sawdust is evenly and quantitatively sent into the rotary drying cylinder through the screw conveyor. With the slow rotation and slight inclination of the cylinder, the internal anti-sticking lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the sawdust to form a uniform suspended material curtain. The sawdust fully contacts with high-temperature circulating hot air inside the cylinder for sufficient heat exchange, so that the internal moisture evaporates rapidly. The water vapor and fine dust are discharged and separated through the dust removal system, and the dried low-moisture sawdust is discharged from the outlet to complete the whole drying process.
