Sludge Dryer is a professional environmental protection drying equipment specially developed for high-viscosity, high-moisture sewage sludge. Adopting upgraded paddle stirring and gradient low-temperature drying technology, it perfectly solves the caking, wall-sticking and incomplete drying problems of traditional dryers for sludge materials. It can dry 80%-85% high-humidity raw sludge to 10%-15% safe moisture, realizing sludge volume reduction, harmless treatment, deodorization and resource reuse.

What is Sludge Dryer?
Traditional ordinary rotary dryers lack anti-stirring structure, which cannot handle sticky sludge effectively, prone to material agglomeration, drying dead zones and serious wall sticking, resulting in low drying efficiency and unqualified finished products. Our upgraded Industrial Sludge Dryer is equipped with exclusive built-in anti-caking stirring paddles and adopts low-temperature mild drying process. It forcibly disperses sticky sludge, eliminates drying dead angles, avoids high-temperature harmful gas volatilization, and efficiently completes sludge dehydration, deodorization and sterilization. The dried sludge can be reused for incineration power generation, brick making, soil improvement and other purposes, turning environmental waste into reusable resources.
