Working Principle of Spring Cone Crusher
During operation of the spring cone crusher, the motor drives the transmission shaft and bevel gear pair to rotate, which drives the eccentric sleeve to generate periodic eccentric motion. The movable cone swings continuously close to and away from the fixed cone, forming a cyclic crushing cavity.
Bulk hard materials enter the crushing cavity from the top feeding port, and are subjected to continuous squeezing, impacting and layered grinding between the movable cone and fixed cone. Qualified fine particles are discharged from the bottom gap, while coarse materials are repeatedly crushed in the cavity. When encountering uncrushable foreign matters, the spring group automatically releases pressure to lift the movable cone for impurity discharge. After pressure relief, the spring resets automatically to resume normal crushing, realizing stable and efficient secondary and fine crushing of the spring cone crusher.
