What is Ore Beneficiation Production Line?

Most small and medium-sized mines face prominent beneficiation problems: scattered equipment configuration, unreasonable process flow, mismatched front and rear equipment capacity, serious fine mineral loss, low concentrate grade, unstable production and high manual operation cost. Simple equipment stacking cannot form a closed-loop production system, resulting in low resource utilization rate and poor project economic benefits.

Complete Production Line Process Flow

All beneficiation lines follow a standardized five-stage core process: Crushing → Grinding & Classification → Beneficiation Separation → Concentrate Dewatering → Tailings Treatment. Different core separation processes are configured according to ore types to achieve targeted purification.

1. Crushing & Screening Stage

Raw ores with large particle size are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing, then conveyed to cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary fine crushing. The crushed materials are screened by vibrating screen, and qualified fine materials enter the next process, while oversized materials return to the crushing equipment for re-crushing to form closed-circuit crushing, ensuring uniform feeding particle size for grinding operation.

2. Grinding & Classification Stage

Qualified fine ore materials are sent to the ball mill for wet grinding to form fine ore slurry. The ground slurry is classified by spiral classifier or hydrocyclone. Qualified fine-grained slurry flows into the mixing tank for reagent conditioning, while coarse unqualified particles return to the ball mill for re-grinding, realizing full closed-circuit grinding and avoiding unqualified materials entering the beneficiation link.

3. Slurry Mixing & Conditioning Stage

The classified fine slurry enters the mining mixing bucket. According to different ore beneficiation requirements, specific flotation reagents are added for full stirring and reaction. The anti-precipitation circulating stirring structure ensures uniform fusion of slurry and reagents, stabilizing slurry concentration and providing optimal feeding conditions for subsequent separation equipment.

4. Core Beneficiation Separation Stage

This is the core grading link of the production line. Different separation equipment is configured according to ore characteristics: Flotation separation for gold, copper, zinc, lead, fluorite and other non-ferrous ores; Magnetic separation for magnetite, hematite and iron ore tailings recovery; Gravity separation for tungsten, tin, gold and other high-density minerals. Effective separation of valuable minerals and gangue impurities is realized.

5. Concentrate Dewatering & Tailings Treatment Stage

The separated high-grade concentrate slurry enters the thickener for gravity sedimentation and concentration, then is dehydrated by filter press to form dry and stackable finished concentrate. Tailings can be treated by dry stacking or tailings recycling system, and the circulating water is fully reused, realizing zero wastewater discharge and green mining production.
