How does a VSI Sand Maker work?

The VSI sand maker uses vertical shaft high-speed impact crushing principle. After materials enter the machine from the top feeding hopper, they are divided into two parts by the distributor: a small amount of materials fall into the impeller inner cavity, and most materials flow into the peripheral crushing cavity.
Under the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the internal materials are accelerated sharply and jetted out at high speed, violently impacting and crushing with the materials falling in the peripheral cavity. In stone-on-stone mode, materials collide and crush with each other, realizing pure shaping with ultra-low wear; in stone-on-iron mode, materials impact the wear-resistant lining plate for high-efficiency crushing and sand making.
