Core Working Principle

The Bauxite Rotary Kiln adopts countercurrent high-temperature sintering principle. The inclined rotary cylinder drives bauxite raw materials to move slowly and continuously from the kiln tail to the kiln head. High-temperature flame and hot flue gas generated by the kiln head burner flow reversely with the materials, forming a stable high-temperature thermal field inside the kiln.
During the slow advancing process, bauxite undergoes staged physical and chemical reactions: low-temperature dehydration and drying, medium-temperature impurity decomposition, and high-temperature crystal sintering. Moisture and volatile substances are completely volatilized and discharged, and alumina mineral phases are fully crystallized and stabilized. Finally, high-purity calcined bauxite is discharged from the kiln head and sent to the cooling system to complete the whole automatic calcination process.
