Core Working Principle
The Limestone Rotary Kiln adopts countercurrent staged low-temperature calcination principle. The inclined rotary cylinder drives limestone raw materials to move slowly and uniformly from the kiln tail to the kiln head, while high-temperature flue gas flows reversely with materials to form a stable and uniform temperature field inside the kiln.
Limestone completes three core reaction stages in sequence: 200-400℃ preheating zone to remove surface moisture and preheat raw materials; 900-1000℃ primary decomposition zone to realize preliminary calcium carbonate decomposition; 1000-1250℃ constant-temperature calcination zone to complete full decomposition and crystal stabilization. After continuous rotary heating, CaCO3 is fully decomposed into high-activity CaO (quicklime). The finished product is discharged from the kiln head and cooled to complete automatic continuous production.
